About the event
On 16th February 2024, SGC's Principal Planning Officer lanched a 3-week Re-consultation for Outline Planning Application P23/01330/O for the development of 140 houses on Green Belt land at "The Batch" in Hanham. There have only been some minor alterations to the original plans and the fundamental reasons against building on Green Belt land in Hanham remain the same. The "exceptional circumstances" for the Green Belt boundary to be changed just do not exist. Unfortunately, due to the way the planning system works, we are now required to comment on the revised plans and we look forward to your support in helping to object to this highly-speculative planning application on Green Belt land.
Once it's gone, it's gone FOREVER!
Please object by the deadline of 8th March 2024 by following this link: P23/01330/O - Planning Application Comments
